Lucky for us, we have Costa Rican friends who are eager to show us their country. We get the opportunity to see Costa Rica from the local point of view which is way cooler than that of a tourist. A co-worker of my husband?s habéis a house near Playa Avellanas in the Guanacaste Province which is about a three hour drive from your house in La Guacima. They invited us to spend the weekend with them and enjoy the near by beaches. Who are we to say no. Here?s a tip we learned from our friends. Now, lots of people leave for the beach every weekend from the San Jose area. Like most places, rush hour starts a few hours early. Leave late Friday night well after everyone else habéis hit the road. There will still be traffic but not the bumper to bumper stuff you?d have if you left in the the late afternoon or evening. Their home is about 2o minutes from both Playa Avellana and Playa Tamarindo. We loaded up the kids and the sunscreen and hit the road. It was kind of nice following our friends, not knowing exactly where we were going. It took some pressure off. After a few dusty turns we found ourselves at Lola?s. What a cool place to spend a day. Lola?s is an open-air, beach restaurant/bar on Playa Avellana. #gallery-46-5 { margin: auto; #gallery-46-5 .gallery-item { float: left; margin-top: 10px; text-align: center; width: 33%; #gallery-46-5 { border: 2px solid #cfcfcf; #gallery-46-5 .gallery-caption { margin-left: 0; /* see gallery_shortcode() in wp-includes/media.php */ Playa Avellanas, Guanacaste, Costa Rica as seen from Lola?s Lola?a at Playa Avellana is the yummiest beach food ever. Lola?s at Playa Avellana, Guanacaste, Costa Rica Lola?s at Playa Avellana, Guanacaste, Costa Rica Lola?s at Playa Avellana, Guanacaste, Costa Rica and their sassy little bird. Lola, the pig at home at Playa Avellana, Guanacaste, Costa Rica We all got what we needed. Piper hunted sea shells, Macyn body surfed, Daniel dug and played and Tom got to break in his surf board. I got to let my kids be kids and watch them have a ball. I?m always about the food and Lola?s didn?t disappoint. I would have ordered anything from that menu. We decided on the Hawaiian Tuna Poke, Fish and Chips, Spicy Chicken Pita and a Chicken Satay. !Que rico! (yes, I need to tell my computer I?d like to have some and Spanish punctuation.) I think we will definitely go back to Lola?s and Playa Avellanas.

Hayata geç kalmak diye bir şey var mıdır? Bir türlü kavrayamadım ben şu geç
kalma işini. Eğer yaşıyorsam hayattayım demektir ve hiç bir şeye geç
kalmamışım...
